Notice issued by Labuan FSA on Payment of Annual License Fee for Year 2023

A Labuan licensed entity is statutorily required to pay its Annual License fees to the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) on or before 15 January.

Mode of Payment

This year, all payment of fees shall be done through the Labuan FSA's e-Payment System (LEPAY).

Please take note that any failure or delay in payment shall result in your Labuan licensed entity being subject to an administrative penalty under Section 36G of the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996.
